Fixed Price Explained |
|
| |
After thousands of repairs, and over a decade of
servicing and billing information stored on our service
management software, we are able to generate very
accurate repair pricing information. It is this
information that we use to calculate our Fixed Price
Repair (FPR).
Although we repair better than 95% of repairable TVs within our FPR,
there are occasions when this is not possible. This is
usually due to failure of an expensive part, e.g. TFT
panels. Normally, for our customers, we can replace
these parts
using salvage stock which incurs no additional charge.
However, if we do not have the part in our salvage stock
we will give an estimate before we continue with the repair.
At all times
our customers have the
choice on how they want their repair to proceed. With
the assurance of our "no fix no fee" policy.
If, in our professional opinion, we believe that a repair
of a customer's TV would be uneconomical or unreliable
we would advise them before the repair is completed. At
this point the customer will be given the option to
decline the repair and pay nothing.
