Hi folks,

I am writing to you today to formally thank you so very much for the repair to my TV (Toshiba 42WLT66) which I collected from you yesterday.

One of your competitors (an outfit that is local to me) had this set for over 6 – weeks and declared themselves unable to fix it as it required a main power-supply which was no longer in production. They also said they had swapped-out every board to try to find the problem to no avail.

This unsatisfactory state of affairs led to me having paid a considerable amount, £200.81, for a nil-result.

Then I found you on the web and the unfixable was fixed in comparatively no time at all for only £141.00 for a full repair.

So, once again thank you very much for your “no-fix – no-fee” service, I will tell anyone I come across in need of a TV repair all about your great service.
