Return to base Warranty

Omi Television Services is committed to providing the highest quality service to our customers. However, on rare occasions a TV may become faulty shortly after return. This could be due to early life failure of fitted components or another fault becoming evident. If your TV does become defective please call us prior to returning it for warranty repair.

Our warranty covers all “parts fitted during repair” and faults relating to the “original repair work” for a period of 3 months from the date of the repair. After investigation of a faulty return we will contact our customer with a report of our findings. If the returned monitor is covered by our warranty we will offer one of the following warranty facilities:

Repair charge refund if repair is considered uneconomical
