Items returned via our courier will be insured against loss or damage caused by them. However, although we will make good any crushed packing for the return journey, neither our courier nor our company can be held responsible for any damage incurred due to a poor box or insufficient packaging that was provided.

Guide to Packing

Step 1. Use a secure box

Whenever possible,  use the manufacturers original packaging. If you do not have this find another suitably sized box but take care if using a second hand box, the more times a box is used, the more it loses its original protective qualities.  If you are reusing a box, make sure it is rigid and in excellent condition with no punctures, tears, rips, or corner damage, and that all flaps are intact. Remove any labels and all other shipment markings from the box. Choose a box strength that is suitable for the contents you are shipping.

Step 2. Provide Internal Protection

It is important that you cushion the contents of your TV properly. Be sure that you wrap it well, it should be surrounded by at least 5 cm of cushioning and be placed at least 5 cm away from the walls of the box. This will protect your goods from shock and vibration that can be conducted from the exterior of the box to its contents in transit. Make sure you use enough cushioning material to ensure that the contents do not move when you shake the container.
